• Lesson 1 – Understanding Odor and Air Movement

• Lesson 2 – Step One of the Odor Pays® System

Lets start imprinting the odor now. Video 1 is the entire classroom lecture of how Ford K9 teaches odor imprinting.  We will cover the 2 most common methods (Simultaneous Conditioning and Delayed Conditioning).  We also go over pros and cons of using 1 box to start or maybe using 2 boxes to start with so that we can gain better discrimination from the stat.  Begin your practical training with proper leash handling, charging the mark, and how to deliver reward at source. Includes demonstration and end-of-day Q&A to clarify the lesson.

• Lesson 3 – The Pairing Method Simultaneous Conditioning 

Learn the proper technique of pairing target odor with reward to build strong odor association. This lesson explains how to apply the method step-by-step, with real examples.

• Lesson 4 – 1 Box Practical Delayed Conditioning 

Time to train! This lesson walks you through your first practical session using a single target box. You’ll see common handler mistakes, timing tips, and how to reinforce clarity at odor.

• Lesson 5 – 2 Box Practical Delayed Conditioning with Discrimination & Step One Review
